My appointment was on time and Dr Summers is very friendly and is helpful explaining a certain procedure. Staff is also friendly.

Everything goes smoothly, the staff were friendly and professional. Only one issue I had was it was very difficult to talk to someone on the phone after my result came because i couldn’t answer the phone so I needed to call back. I gave up after I was on hold for 30mins, then next try I waited for about 15mins.
