It was my first time visiting an OB-GYN in the US, and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, and Dr. Jones was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Overall, I had a great visit.

There was no wait for seeing the doctor and the technician doing the mammogram. ( I might have been one of the first patients!! )Both were friendly and knowledgeable in their fields.

I have continued my personal care with your office (& have referred several pts to your office) because all your staff are friendly, very knowledgeable of the care they are administering, courteous, respecting of pt & the care the pt receives while in the office & on the phone, excellent follow up to any inquiry I have initiated, & the total facility appears clean & well cared for by the staff. I have never received any poor or inappropriate care @ any of your offices that I felt needed to be reported.

Very comfortable and friendly environment. Staff was so friendly and very efficient. Was seen at my appointment time, no waiting. Dr Knapke was so open and honest, felt comfortable telling her all of my questions and concerns. Very respectful. Took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed. Best experience I’ve ever had at a gynecological appointment. I scheduled for next year before I left!

Very good. Had a mammogram and it went quickly . Slight delay seeing the doctor, but that was the first time things were behind. It happens. People were pleasant, courteous and made you feel as tho you really mattered.
