Dr Charles is the most personable, thorough, caring physician I have ever had. I’m no longer of child bearing age, but If I was, she would definitely be the doctor who I would trust to deliver my baby!

My doctor and the nurse who takes my stats and the receptionist are warm, wonderful & professional. My two complaints : 1. There is always an additional wait time inspite of a scheduled wait time. 2. I waited on hold for 15 mins to schedule a follow up and finally chose the call back service , which I never received.
