It’s always good to be able to get in and out quickly (My appointment was during my lunch break from work) but also direct conversations with my doctor never get compromised. :)

Dr. Charles is a fabulous doctor who listens intently and with care to everything. She doesn't rush you and wants what's best for you and baby. I felt instantly comfortable. She helped me decide my plans for delivery and my decisions on pregnancy in general. I felt fully informed and supported. During my delivery she was keeping me informed on everything and was so supportive throughout the whole process. Our usual nurse was Kimberly. We absolutely loved having her as our main nurse. Was checked in right away. Waited in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes to be called back. Waited in the exam room for less than 5 minutes to be seen. Susie was great, didn't waste my time. Was straight to the point and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I appreciate everything. Wonderful as always! Thank you!
