Everyone @ the Hilliard location of Cols OBGYN, is absolutely wonderful to work with. They prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Knowing that these appointments are not always a woman’s favorite every year, they take extra care to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to all of the staff who do their jobs so well! Check in was fast, I only waited a few minutes for my appointment for mammogram. Technician was friendly, respectful and quick to get it done. Office visit with nurse practitioner, again was on time and she was also fast to get the exam over with.

I have been with Dr. knapke for almost 6 years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. she is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to truly listen and answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I always feel well cared for. Her assistant, Rachel, is just as wonderful—she’s very kind, approachable and she helps make every visit smooth and comfortable. I’m very grateful to have such a compassionate and attentive team.
