I was taken back to a room shortly after I Arrived. Dr. Green then came in relatively quickly and he was very nice
My experience was wonderful. The clinician who served me, not only listened to me.. but engaged me in my own care.
I love Dr Monica W. She is kind and gentle. If I ask any questions she listens and helps. I will say then when my daughter needed to be seen because of a ruptured ovarian cyst I could not get in that day or the next and I just to spend 900 dollars out of pocket for them to say that we should follow up with our Doctor. It was ridiculous that we could not be seen during an emergency. I know that our insurance company is ready to drop Mt.Carmel. I wonder if other patients are not getting correct care. Being the first time I had my yearly mammogram test done here, the experience was amazing. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival and the wait time was minimal. The technician who performed the test was polite and professional. She asked all the right questions and explained the procedure in detail. I was very comfortable and felt as ease during the procedure. After completion of the test she explained how the results would be mailed to me. Front desk was very welcoming. Lauren was nice, friendly & made me feel comfortable. Scheduled my upcoming appointments for me. Dr. Sinclair was friendly & took the time to answer my questions, explain things so I understood them. I would recommend Dr Sinclair to friends & family.
Dr Weprin is the most efficient Dr I think I'll ever meet. My visits with him are always so quick, to the point, while also giving outstanding bed side manner and a caring demeanor. Love him and his team! I can always trust that I'll have a great and fast care when I see them. Thanks for being awesome!
