I have mixed emotions about this place. I was referred here by my doctor. I went in for my first visit, spoke to the doctor, signed all my paperwork to release all past surgery paperwork so they could read over it. They were then going to give me all call to discuss further options regarding my hysterectomy. Nope. I went in on the 10th, I called them on 16th and the front desk told me we referred me to another doctor, but I’m just so confused.
Office was clean and spacious. Staff was attentive and courteous. Location great for me.
Please don’t call at 427pm with test results leaving me a voicemail asking me to call back when you close at 430pm. It’s really stressful having to wait to the next day to figure out what’s wrong. Could you not have waited and called the next day?
I am still waiting on the prescription to be sent to my Pharmacy. It has been 5 days since I saw a doctor at Tailor Station Rd. I am not satisfied with this at all.
It was a waste of my time, as well as the people in the office. You did not have my records in your computer system from Dr. Bressler, and I felt that the doctor that I saw was arrogant. I received no answers to the reason that I was there, only that he would call me if he could find my records.
After finishing my mammogram, I was quickly called back to see the nurse practitioner for my annual appointment. While I have rarely, if ever, had to wait, I was in the room for 45 mins waiting on my provider. Upon getting dressed & leaving, she said, “Oh, I’m coming right now” to which I responded that I would just reschedule. Patients would not be seen & would likely be charged if arriving that late for an appointment. It is unacceptable for providers as well. Fifty minutes past my scheduled appointment is excessive. When I got called to go to the back for my ultrasound I was confused on where to go. The nurse or whoever did the ultrasound left me wondering where I was supposed to go. I had to ask someone else for help, because the hallways were so confusing. My first visit was great, but maybe because that was at the end of the day.
Came a year ago to dr kurup and she did nothing to even suggest a fix for the bowels pressing my vaginal wall. Never again will I ever see her.? Dr. Sinclair was wonderful and discovered I had a prolapsed bowel which could have been discovered a year ago and saved me over a year of suffering and terrible pain with bowels constantly backed up Dr kurup in my mind does not honor her profession. Cols obgyn can look at her notes without letting her know so she cannot change anything. Dr. Sinclair is wonderful
Staff, appears not ready to receive new patients. So many turn arounds
