I love my apartment My apartment is perfect, I love the concrete floors and large windows for natural light. The staff has been super helpful and kind. The new maintenance staff is always friendly and in my experience addresses any issue quickly. I can’t wait to enjoy the warmer months here.

Toured the Property I toured the property. The staff was very friendly and did have a vacant unit to show. However, as soon as we entered it was a no for me. The unit reeked of cigarette smoke. I assumed since it was a fairly new property they were non smoking so I asked and the leasing agent stated it was indeed a smoking property. It also was dark and so outdated for something that is not that old. I haven't seen dark brown carpet in many years! Looks Nice at First, Living Experience doesn't Match. Comet Bermuda Run does not meet the initial requirements when you think of an "luxury" community. They do have nice amenities, as they should when spending minimum 1k per month on rent. Nothing was thought out properly in this community. Little over a year old community is having massive parking issues and requiring residents to reserve spots and pay extra per month in order to get close to their entrance.
