Like most a visit to the dentist it's not a pleasurable experience let alone an Endontist for a root canal. But Dr Osborne was phenomenal and hands that eeee even magical with administering the Novocain. It was a pleasurable experience and he has an excellent demeanor.

Let me tell you the doctors and staff were completely amazing. I was so worried about my root canal and had so much anxiety it was unbelievable. I asked a zillion questions and the dr knew i was nervous he was kind and gentle. I'm so thankful i had such a "pleasant experience".

This was my first time to Commack Endodontics and I was very impressed. The office staff was very cordial. I saw Dr. Osbourne and he was terrific. I can't say enough nice things about him. He made my root canal experience pain free. He was very gentle and explained everything as he was doing the procedure. I had no pain whatsoever. I will definitely recommend Commack Endodontics.

My dentist had told me I needed a root canal and I was so nervous because of all the horror stories I have heard about them. My dentist, Dr. Lipenholtz had referred me to Commack Endodontics and said they are "the best of the best!". Yesterday I had my appointment, when I walked into the office I was happy to see how clean it was! I've been to Commack Endodontics several times to have root canals done on 3 different teeth. Two of my teeth had twisted roots that were so close to the sinus wall that my regular Dentist was afraid to work on them. Each procedure was done carefully and there was no pain whatsoever.

Again I needed another root canal. I chose not to use my regular dentist to do the job which was also covered by my insurance. I chose to return back to Dr Ty D. Osborne. He is very gentle and takes his time when injecting to numb the gums, I hardly felt any discomfort which is very unusual for me. The root canal was completed under 45 minutes along with full communication as to what Dr was doing with the state Of the art equipment. had an appt for a root canal for my daughter who is 13 years old. get a call the day before her appointment for them to tell me that they don't see patients under 15!!!!!!! I made this appt 3 weeks and they call me the day before. now I have a kid who is pain now for another two weeks before she goes to another dentist. I would never use them.

Please do NOT go here for dental work! First off, if your lucky they will continue to not answer the phone. Took 2 days of calling and messaging to get through. Then I finally have my appt for a root canal. The next morning I had to call back because the dentist broke my tooth. Then to top it off, the following day, half my tooth falls out. I went in for a root canal and got a half broken tooth!!!!!

Went there in extreme pain and living on motrin. Took an xray Dr told front desk make an immediate appt, after he did nothing. Front desk never looked up and apparently i was interfering with their snapchatting. So the earliest appt was 3 weeks. Great patient care there guys Send someone home in pain and tell them come back in 3 weeks. Horrible service and no one in office cared about anything but themselves. 0 stars but i had to give one.
