Very nice steakhouse. Food is a little expensive, but most downtown steakhouses are. My wife had the filet and she said it was one of the best steaks she's had. Crab cakes were great. French onion mac & cheese was great. Carrots were just ok. Burger was good but the onion jam was overwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed our experience there.
Food was really good. Tables were set up perfectly. Could easily hear your own tables conversation while not hearing anyone else’s. Nice inside and out. One thing is there was a Hispanic kid and white lady with tattoos that worked there to fill up drinks and stuff. They were staring at our table and talking. But that kid kept looking over idk if he wanted the ladies or something but was definitely weird.
This was a top 5 dinner my fiance and I had in Indianapolis! Issac was great!!
We had a great experience at Commission Row! We went on a Sunday night, and it was pretty quiet. I'm sure on game days the atmosphere is very different. The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I have celiac and appreciated the gluten free options. They also adjusted some dishes. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and they included sorbet for me with his free birthday dessert. Price was comporable to other high-end steakhouses in the area.
We came to the restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. This was my second time dining at this restaurant. The first time was a pleasant experience. This time my food was not to my liking at all. I will admit that the lobster bisque was prepared as it should have been, but it was too creamy for my taste, so I had the server exchange it for a shrimp cocktail. Staff were amazing! We had Derrick and Colby and they were both amazing at explaining the menu. They accommodated substitutions with a smile and were an absolute pleasure. They made my friends birthday special for her. Thank you Derrick and Colby!
