We were celebrating with our son, he was in the mood for seafood and steak. The grand tower was exceptional, and the steaks cooked to temperatures requested. Daniel is a true professional always had a watchful eye on the table without being obtrusive. Lindsey the somm recommended three nice vintages of three different wines my son choose the 2005 Bordeaux that was exceptional. Very pleasant evening thank you!
