My daughter took her mom to brunch for Mother’s Day at Commission Row. We have been there for dinner on multiple occasions and have had great experiences, unfortunately this was not one of them. The buffet was sub par and there was no way to order food à la carte, this was not specified when making the reservation. Beautiful restaurant, overpriced IMO. Food was good, service was okay. One steak was way under cooked, server stated it was “medium-ish” and it was rare. Brought us a free dessert (I gave up sugar for lent) and drinks to apologize. My steak was missing the addition, they took that off the bill but for such a beautiful restaurant the service lacked and execution struggled.
Fries are overly salted The Wagu burger was over cooked. Server was wonderful and tried to make it right.
We were really hoping for an outstanding experience but it was disappointing at best. Service was slow and scant. Drinks took a long time and one order was never served. Food was lukewarm. Great environment and it could be fun for a game but at least on a Thursday night it missed.
