Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!!!!
The staff was very professional and nice. Nicole was so helpful from the first phone call to schedule an appointment with Dr. Phelps. When we arrived for the appointment the receptionist was pleasant and checking in was quick and easy due to being able to complete the paperwork on line prior to the appointment. Dr. Phelps and her medical staff did an excellent job with helping my daughter feel less anxious about her visit. Great experience overall.
All the staff at Dr. Phelps office is Super Awesome!!! From the time you walk in and check in with the pleasant receptionist and the nicely kept waiting room and kid playing area all the way to the very nice and sweet Dental Hygienist they have. Dr. Phelps is a wonderful patient dentist that kids take very well too :) and she has superior staff to along with it.
I always receive the best quality service from this practice. The staff members are very courteous, professional and polite. They really have their patients best interest at heart and their parents. I can "feel the love". Dr. Phelps is an excellent physician; she's friendly, caring, professional and yet humble at the same time. Great experience with a situation that is never fun for kids or adults.
For my son first visit to a dentist he really enjoyed himself and was excited to get prizes at the end of the visit. It also helped me be able to assist with him brushing his teeth at home with no arguments thank you so much for being so professional and kind to my son.
This was my daughter's first visit! This was an excellent experience. Everyone made her feel very at ease. We were also in and out in record time!
All staff is wonderful and great with children!
They make you feel like family,they are always friendly.
