The front office staff were very polite and answered any questions I had. Chris was very professional and informative.
We were in and out quickly--no time for me to even read a magazine article from the waiting room! My daughter actually likes getting to go to the dentist. She gets to get out of school a little early, and she does not feel anxiety about the reason why. In fact, she actually has a good time there. The staff is fun and friendly, and Dr. Allen is the best with kids. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Wexel and his team consistently provide great customer service with each visit. This has been from my first visit where they took the time to answer each of my questions (and I must note there were many). Each of them explained what they were planning to do and why. This is much appreciated when you are dealing with the patients in the aspect in which they are. It has been 2 months and I am seeing results just as I was told there would be. I recently had braces put on by Dr. Wexler. The experience of getting braces as an adult was made less traumatic AND embarrassing by Dr. Wexler and his team that day. His team worked hard on the day of my consult to help secure a general dentist appointment, moved my records appointment, AND decided to work late one Friday to accommodate me and my need to have my braces put on prior to the end of the year. My Daughter's Really enjoyed their experience at the office.
Both of my younger children saw Dr. Allen. He and his staff are absolutely awesome! Ms. Jennifer was our hygenist and she is fabulous! My son is high functioning autistic and she took the time to explain everything to him, she was very patient with his questions. This was my daughter's first real dentist visit and Jennifer was just as patient with her. I will definetely recommend this office to anyone who is seeking a children's dentist!
