By far the best bank and the friendliest staff ever
I have visited three of their branches personally and each one of them has the kindest most helpful staff and managers!! I am so glad I heard about Community Choice and made the switch !!
I LOVE this credit union!!! Even though I have moved back to Ohio I only trust Community Choice Credit Union with my money!!! What other credit union rewards you as well as CCCU does just for keeping your money safe in their credit union? NONE!! So many perks to have your money there, and ANYTIME I need to talk to someone at the bank or corporate they are truly amazing people and I couldn't ask for better service!

I used to do all my banking with CCCU. I changed banks for quite awhile and couldn’t be happier with choosing to return. Everything has been great. Easily accessible resources and a staff that are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
This Community Choice Credit Union in Farmington Hills is the best bank costumer service ever. Most low interest rates on loans. Very helpful staff and manager. I just went there for an auto loan. And needed the check for the car right away. They stayed over past their closing time to finish my loan paperwork. Thank you so much Toros, Becky, Christie, Justin, and Grace. I would highly recommend them for banking and any type of loans and investment. Two thumbs up!!!
This was my first time ever financing a car and after the experience I went through with community choice, I will never finance anything in my life. I had no fault insurance on my vehicle but they kept threatening me to add a $1800 dollar increase because they wanted to put full coverage on the car. I explained that the car was being stored for the winter and would not get uncovered probably until May. They did not care, they kept threatening to add full coverage.
