We provide general wellness services such as annual checkups, vaccines, and pet dental care. We also perform surgeries, including spay/neuter and pet dental procedures. Incompetent. Ordered 6 months of Revolution for each of my two cats and received an invoice in the post. I never received a call to let me know that my order was ready to collect and when I go to get it I get charged $80 more than I was invoiced for because somebody got the original invoice wrong. They were unapologetic and unprofessional. I will NOT be using their services again.
Incompetent I ordered a 6 month supply of Revolution for my two cats and a received an invoice in the mail. When I went to collect my order I was charged $80 more than what I had been invoiced for because a member of their staff had got the original invoice wrong. The front desk staff were unapologetic and unprofessional and as a result I will not be using that veterinary clinic again
