The customer service was fantastic but we weren’t a fan of the exam the doctor gave well actually the lack of. Instead she felt she had a say on how we train Our dog. I have an amazing dog trainer whose working with our puppy. I didn’t ask for your advice. Next time actually give my dog her exam instead of leaving us in a room for an hour.
My friend brought in her pet for an exam and I was sitting in the waiting area. During this time I was able to watch the receptionists and quite frankly I was stunned how rude Penny was to customers. I saw her rolling her eyes and being snippy to a female customer. She put a call on hold for the customer and after she left she forgot about the phone call. I talked to my friend about it and she said that Penny is doing this a lot. My friend really likes Dr. Paula, but she is considering switching the vet because of Penny.
