RecommendedDr Connolly puts the pet at ease by kneeling to his/her level and speaking to him/her, all the while doing a physical exam in the guise of petting. If she encounters a sensitive spot, she speaks to the animal about it before consulting with the owner.
The primary vet is outrageous. Her job is upselling vet care and she has zero bedside manner. I imagine most veterinary services are better than hers. She's so disconnected that she still has me in her database and has requested I leave her a review. Talk about opening up a wound!
