Great job by a great company. We had our front entry door and windows replaced as well as our garage door. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that we were satisfied before they left. Have already recommended them to several friends. Compass Window was AMAZING!!! I don't leave reviews... ever. But I've also never went through an easier process with such a courteous and honest staff throughout any of my other home renovations. I needed 17 original windows replaced from my home built in the 50's before selling. I wanted a decent window, but price was my number 1 deciding factor. Highly recommend! Purchased new entry door and screen door. Beautiful product!! Have already received so many compliments. Prompt response to my web request, received a call and text then set up appointment for consultation. Bill was so helpful In explaining the choices down to hardware. Where do I begin.... from the demonstration of the windows, the measurement to the installation was absolutely painless. We were looking for 11 windows for a Park Model that we bought. Bill came out and spent the quickest 2 1/2- 3 hours on the demonstration of the windows. It felt very personal, not your "typical" sales person. We had been looking for doors, but couldn't seem to find a place that worked well with us. Rob came out and was able to find the doors we needed. He kept us informed while we waited for the doors to be delivered. On installation day Steve and David showed up 5 minutes early, which is rare from my experience. We shopped around for windows for approximately two years. Had quotes from the big box stores as well as the regular window companies you see on tv. Rob came to give us our estimate and explain all the available options etc. and not only did he leave a great impression he got us what we needed and was not pushy. We were looking for windows for our house because our crank out windows were bent and we wanted to have double hung windows installed. We had ****** and Compass come out to give us a quote. The representative from ****** tried to use high pressure tactics to get us to sign right away. Rob from Compass came to our house and showed us his product.
