I don’t write reviews ever but I took my tesla in for a hand wash and before getting washed I told the owner specifically to only hand wash it. I paid for the most expensive package and when I got my car back not only was in not clean but one of the workers used a pressure hose on the wheels which I told him not to do and damaged my brake hose.
