On June 30, 2026, I paid for a deluxe wash and detail for my Porsche. During the service, an employee asked me to unlock the vehicle with my phone, which I did. When I left, my vehicle repeatedly displayed “Key Not Detected.” After inspecting the key, I found water inside it. Nice place but detailing was not great. I got the premium wash which included the cracks and crevices, vacuum, et cetera. When I got into my car, there was still dirt and debris on the front floor mats, and it was obvious that some parts of the interior were untouched. Not the worst, but I wouldn't spend $100 here again.

$170k SUPERCAR DESTROYED At first it was a great wash spot, seemed legit. My 5th trip into my monthly $109 subscription. I had my car “washed” yesterday after all of the rain this week. Only to find a tremendous amount of swirls, scratches and the car not actually washed on the outside. The owner is a coward and the good reviews (and responses to reviews) are fake. My car was damaged Complete Auto Detail & Car Wash and Complete Auto Detail & Car Wash and the owner stated he has video but refuses to provide it or insurance. Many many other customers have had this same complaint. I would give -5 stars if i could. Brought my car to them after my car got flooded in May to get full detail + water extraction. They told me it would take 3 days it ended up taking 5 which is fine i wasn’t mad about it because i wanted it to be done correctly. Anyway i go to pick it up and it seems fine. next day i go to get into my car and it smells horrible. like mold. they left water in my car and it created mold. so i texted the manager and he suggested i let down my windows… i explained to him that letting down my windo... read more
