Wonderful staff—Sherri, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind—along with my nurse, ultrasound tech, and doctor. Their caring, evaluation, and reassurance made my ER visit less intimidating and a better experience. Thank you to everyone!

I visited Complete Care twice in 24 hours for a UTI. The first visit went fine, however, the antibiotic did seem to be working, so I returned and was told initially by a lab tech at the desk there was nothing that could be done. Thanks to the receptionist who checked with the nurse and Dr in the back, I was seen and given an injection and told to continue my oral antibiotic. At that time the Dr promised he would send the urine for a culture. As of this date I have not received a call about the results.

A nice woman greeted me as I arrived and got my check in paperwork done very quickly. The doctor was extremely friendly, as was the nurse. An X-Ray technician got my knee X-Rays done quickly and efficiently. The doctor came back in discussed things, his nurse wrapped my knee and I was on my way. Besides the efficiency the super helpful knowledge was so appreciated!

I went to the southlake Tx location and received grade a service. Asked a lot of questions and were very thorough in what they recommended. I’m explained what they were doing and the treatment plan. Felt much better and I wax out of their as quickly as they could get me treated. Just a few minute wait time upon check in and someone always checking in on me how I was doing. Would highly recommend their staff.
