From when I first walked in, the people here were amazing. They made me feel right at home from the get go. Erin was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. I got in super quickly and the medic, Kylen, was friendly and caring. She made me feel safe and like my issue mattered, not like I’m a burden. I had to have X-rays. We got in right away. I needed a CAT scan for a gash on my head and a chest x-ray. They cleaned my wound, took me for the scan and x-ray. I needed 3 staples on my head. We were in there about an hour, way faster than going to the ER.
