Very friendly, helpful, caring and professional staff. Listened to every detail carefully and completed all tests necessary to diagnose the symptoms. I went in not feeling well and walked away feeling much better than I had walked in initially. Overall, my experience was very good. The only comment I have was the front desk. Person was a little bit cold. I started my administrative career at the front desk and I know that is a very important position in making people feel welcome. The person at the front desk, the attitude that she does not want to be there. Just my opinion. My doctor was Gustavo and he is always a pleasure to deal with when my family visits the urgent care.
