GREAT EXPERIENCE! Easy in and out! Admin staff, nurse (Kavin) and Dr. Robertson were super!! Was literally taken care of in less than an hour from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I left and I didn’t feel rushed or not listened to or not well taken care of….truly great care in addition to ease! Got to pharmacy and prescription had been called in and filled and ready to pick up…thinking about getting medical after 10:00 pm every time I need it! Tyler Complete Care will be my go to place from now on!!

The entire staff was great They have the best bedside manner. The wait time was short . The Doctor was amazing. I definitely recommend to come if you are not feeling well.

The physician and nurse were top-notch and the treatment I recieved saved my bacon until I could get to an ENT. The cons for me were: Sign-in necessitates the usual forms including current meds. When I saw the nurse, she asked the same questions and when I mentioned I had given that information at check-in, she told me that the front end is separate and they don't share forms!
