I came to the clinic with a painful ear infection. Wait time was minimal and the Dr was attentive and made a quick diagnosis and prescribed the correct treatment. Started feeling better by the next day. I live far from the Alamo Heights Clinic but their efficient and quick care is worth the drive; I’ve been going there for years. Excellent Care.
Overall a very good experience. The wait time however was excessive until seen by a provider. I was registered and waited 2 hours and 20 minutes before being seen by a medical professional in the care area.
Everyone had a awesome personality and very caring when I was feeling so sick .
Ver fast service. There was no waiting as I was able to be seen by the doctor very quickly. I’m very happy with the personnel and medical care I received. Thank you!

Had the best care possible! So very impressed by each person I encountered. The nurses and doctor were efficient, compassionate and reassuring and kept me posted with each procedure. I couldn’t be more pleased with my treatment and highly recommend Complete Care on Camp Bowie Blvd.
We were well-cared for, and the “no surprises” billing was true. Dr.Thomas has excellent skills, and my teenager patient was treated efficiently and thoroughly. Never been so happy with an urgent care visit. I’d use this place again
