The young lady at the front desk, her level of compassion & customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! The way I watched her treat those that she was checking in & my own personal experience was first class service. The entire team to include the treating physician! Without insurance many times you aren’t treated with the level of care & respect that the team at Complete Care treated me. I’d gladly pay out of pocket to been seen by anyone at Complete Care! Continue to provide phenomenal healthcare!

Staff was courteous and efficient. Facility was clean and comfortable. Wait time was minimal. Nurses and doctor were very compassionate and clearly explained procedures, diagnosis and meds. Soooo much better than a hospital ER. I would definitely go back to Complete ER if I were unable to see my own PCP.

The staff, is so attentive and helpful. The nurse Jonathan, has the VERY best attitude, as well as the nurse who took me to X-ray. I always recommend you guys to neighbors and friends for excellent care.

Upon walking in pale, shaking, and in a ton of pain, its sad I was greeted with paperwork and needing to pay $170 up front before being seen. But thats our healthcare system in the US. Other than that, the care and attention was great.
