They have been great in the past and the antigen Covid test worked great. Unfortunately the PCR test I needed to fly was atrocious. They never did give me the test results and the results were not going to be delivered in time for my flight. I only was refunded $50 out of the $320 cost. Don’t use for critical pcr tests. Instead I had to go to another provider Sameday Health. Luckily they came through in less than 12 hours at a lower cost
