Lauren is the best! ! My experiences with dealerships in the past has not been good, but I had a security issue with my GTR that needed a dealer with a GTr certified tech to fix. Lauren got me in right away with a GTR certified tech which not all dealerships have. She contacted me multiple times to ensure I was OK with the work they where going to preform BEFORE they did the work.
