Our tech Emiliyan was the absolute best. He was on time and gave us his expected completion time (and was spot on). He was courteous, knowledgeable, informative and he patiently answered our questions. He cleaned up his work areas when he was finished and did a superb job installing our HVAC system. Conditioned Air needs to find a way to keep him on staff as he was probably the best tech (of any discipline) we’ve had in the 8 years we’ve lived here in Venice. Everything is working fine! HVAC technician Ryan Pearce from Conditioned Air Company was great! He called me 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment and showed up exactly on time for my biannual maintenance visit. He was very professional, proficient, and pleasant to work with! I am a satisfied repeat annual maintenance contract client of Conditioned Air Company for my home in Lakewood Ranch Florida. I highly recommend them!
Great job by Emiliyan. Professional and efficient. This man started this morning on his own and never took a break. Originally we were under the impression that we were going to have two techs on the job. Emiliyan came solo and was done in about 6 hours replacing the outside and inside units.
