Great location of unit - 3rd floor on oceanfront, so excellent view and could even hear the waves from the sitting room and bedroom. Unit was very clean, furnishings adequate, but have to huff and puff up 4 flights of narrow stairs to get to the unit.
We stayed at Windy Hill Dunes - 1305 for a week and the unit was mostly clean, though there was sand in some areas of the condo, such as the bed sheets and by the couches, but what would you expect at a condo on the beach? The staff was friendly, the pool sometimes got very crowded and was a little small for the size of the condo. The Kiddy pool was a nice touch, but smelled like urine, so we preferred taking our 4 year old into the bigger pool or the lazy river. So impressed with Condo World and our winter rental at A place at the Beach Crescent 405 21st ave apt 1B Everything was great except for the old worn out Living room furniture. To be at a place for 3 months you need a comfortable couch but the bed made up for it! We booked again next year but we won’t rebook again if they still have the same couch. I hope Condo World can relay this message they were great company to rent from
Booking a vacation for 8 people and 2 rooms isn’t an easy task, especially when availability for what you need is limited. Dawn found us a creative solution in the morning and booked by end of day. We’ve been customers of CondoWorld for several years. The level of service from Dawn & the rest of the team is precisely why we do.
The staff at Condo-World was wonderful and very helpful, especially when our first unit had some issues with stairs and things due to my ankle injury. They worked with me and found us a wonderful situation in a different condo complex. Very appreciative of the staff!!
