Easy to use Can upload documents easily to get reimbursement
Connect Your Care App The App is easy to navigate and provides all the features I have needed. I just completed two reimbursement transactions which required me to upload one document for each transaction. Both times I received an error message saying there was something wrong with my upload however that was followed by a message indicating my claims were successfully submitted. I’ll wait a few days to follow up on line and see if the process worked properly or not.
Great App App worked flawlessly and is much more convenient than using web site.
Liza B. I would have given 5 stars. However, it took me 4 times to log in and complete the transaction coz it keeps on kicking me out when I was trying to add the supporting document/picture. But I always find HSA online use very helpful in the past.

Easy and On the Go This app is rather simple and intuitive. I love that I can take photos of my docs for submissions versus having to scan/upload or fax.
