easy to use I love that I can go in the app to check my balance and submit reimbursements. it is easy to follow, user friendly, and works without issues 99% of the time. I only wish the app would send me notifications when more documents are required or if a claim hasn’t gone through. Also when going through list of what the reimbursement category is for, it would be nice if we could also search for the category as opposed to only having the option to scroll through until we see the correct category.
Wow this makes monitoring my HSA easy!!!! Set up was so easy!!! I was able to submit a couple of bills for reimbursement with a couple of clicks. I have been holding them until we can go back to the office so could use a fax machine. Not now!! Payment will be in my bank account on a day or two’
CYC app. Very useful and well designed app. Took a minute to get set up and going but after that it is very fluid.
Easy to use It’s easy to use and I can quickly transfer money to myself for daycare and medical expenses.
Great app 👍 App works great. Can check your balance, see what is covered and the best part is when you need to reimburses it is so easy. Just take the picture of receipt and it uploads and sends for approval. Very easy.
Brand new to this! Our company changed over and this seems like it’s going to be a breeze! A quick entry and upload my records and that’s it! Let’s see how long it takes to get reimbursed
