The app is great for viewing claims and current balance but I’ve found that some products that aren’t approved say ‘action required’ however, no where does it tell you what is needed to get the transaction approved. I have added photo receipts and submitted them but it doesn’t appear any progress is being made on getting those transactions reviewed/approved.
