RecommendedDr. Achache and Dr. Yazdani are excellent Dentists. They took the time to explain every procedure they were performing and why. The assistants, Rayana, and Andrea were both very supportive and thorough when explaining the process. They asked if I was ok and if I needed anything on a regular basis I felt very safe and at ease. RecommendedI arrived at 261 Montreal Road on time and initially assumed that the the clinic had relocated, as there was no indication posted that one needed to go to the back door to gain admittance. I called them. I was told to walk to the back and so I made my way down a graffiti- strewn brick alleyway to a grubby door with a glitchy keypad locking system. RecommendedTerrible service. When i mentioned to them, the receptionist agreed with me, and that they hear it often! 1. they make cancelation and don't provide rescheduling appointments. 2. they don't follow up regarding referrals ir ti reschedule. they also dont callbacks when leave message. 3. their communication with clients is poor. 4.
