Lack of communication, lack of concern for us , timeliness , unapologetic, irresponsible, overall terrible experience and would not EVER recommend Connie or the Mortgage Firm to anyone.

Overall, if there were better communication among all the “players” involved in the transaction, this would have helped tremendously. Instead of asking for information from us in a “piecemeal” fashion, let us know upfront exactly what you need from us as the customer, and in what form you need it, and please clearly state that in your emails to customers. There should be better communication among the mortgage reps, underwriters, title company people, etc, for the customer’s sake.

Too much confusion. We would email documents requested and the next department would request the same documents. It felt like things were going into a black hole. Poor communication. We started the process on 3/22/2021 our agent went on vacation then in April it seems like the clock started again.. The communication between departments left much to be desired. Connie was very nice but not on top of things as we expected. The Closing it self on 5/27/2021 went very smoothly.
