Daily questions were difficult. this was not from Connor, it was from the underwriters. Connor was great... but the underwriters could have coupled their questions a little more systematically. I was getting ready to be asked for a kidney, the questions were just that involved and all over the place, almost daily. Some more organization would have been easier to manage and handle for us as the customer.
