I visited this facility We toured The Conservatory at Alden Bridge, and we like the open space. That was a beautiful area. We love the outdoor pool and that it was heated. The apartments were well-planned, and we liked the apartments. Natalie was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and she did not rush us. She gave us a great deal of her time. She also arranged for us to have lunch there, which was very pleasant, to give us an idea of what the food was like. The food was excellent. My choice of food and everything that we order... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My parents are staying in Conservatory At Alden Bridge and we like it there. The only reason they were looking to move is that we want them to have additional services, and be able to go from independent to assisted or skilled if they should ever need. But they're just more comfortable where they are. If you want to go to the next level, they have a service that we can bring in. So that's what we will do if they need additional services, we'll use their caregivers to take ... read more

I visited this facility My parents have selected The Conservatory at Alden Bridge. It was well organized and the visit went well, so they were pleased. Everything looks pretty good. They're actually moving into the independent living. The staff was very professional. They helped guide me through some of the common terminology and things I should be asking for. We only looked at two-bedrooms, which was what my parents wanted, so there were two bedrooms with a living space and a kitchen. They also wanted to have a full meal, a... read more

I visited this facility I visited the Conservatory at Alden Bridge for my brother. It was good, except for the distance. He wanted to be closer to me. The people were OK, and it's close to the marketplace. It's accessible to stores and restaurants, if they want to get out. I can't say nothing negative about it. The staff is very courteous.

I visited this facility My father is moving into The Conservatory at Alden Bridge. I took him there and he liked it. The staff is very good, it's a very nice room, and it's very roomy for him. It's just a one-bedroom, and that's all he needs. They have a lot of different activities for them. They actually had in-house home health, and physical therapy, and I thought that was very nice. The staff is very personable, and it's a very clean area.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My parents moved into The Conservatory at Alden Bridge. The facility and the staff are both good. They seem to be pretty friendly and caring. They have pretty good communication. My parents' apartment is fine. Good condition. I tried their food, but it's changed over time. It's been pretty good.

I visited this facility We toured the Conservatory at Alden Bridge. It's really beautiful, the apartment was very spacious and very updated which was nice. The lady was very knowledgeable, very friendly, very accommodating, and made several callbacks inviting us over for a meal, or to take another look. They've been really nice. They have a pool, a putting green, a bus, and they go to places all the time, they do little trips to casinos, they go out to restaurants once a week, have guest speakers, a singalong every week, and... read more

I visited this facility Conservatory At Alden Bridge was very nice, and it almost felt like we were in a resort. It wasn't a super big community, but it was a lot nicer than the other place we've visited, and a lot larger too. The staff was wonderful and very nice. They accommodated us even though we just sort of walked in off the street. They managed to show us several units, they had a beautiful swimming pool, and a theater on-site. The only drawback is the location, it's kind of off to no-no land, and if you do need assis... read more

I am/was a resident of this facility I was concerned about the food when we first looked at The Conservatory At Alden Bridge, but it has proven to be fine. I'm convinced we made the right choice. It's a very clean community and it's decorated with a lot of art. I was originally overwhelmed, but once we got used to it, we actually liked it. The location wasn't as good as the other community we liked, but it's still pretty good. There's a grocery store, a drug store, and a few hotspots within walking distance. The overall view... read more
