Wonderful ! Mortgage was quickly done and Matt Adessa has a lot of patience! We had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all immediately! We would call and actually get him on the line within a few rings ! That kind of customer service is unheard of these days ! The rest of the process was a breeze. 02. Armando if we mentioned his name means all the things you want – really knew his stuff, helpful, responsive, but beyond that he also suggested better options to navigate selling and buying a house with a non-contingent sale that I was not aware off. Armando team was also very helpful and responsive, as was the other lender we worked with that Armando recommended. The whole process was easy and we were kept informed the whole way. Brian & his team were patient and thorough in assisting my partner and I in the purchase of our first home.
