Mike and his team do an excellent job of explaining all the different products and helping the borrower choose which program best suits their needs. Once you choose a loan program Mike and team make it easy to apply for financing by keeping on top of the application and following up on what the lender needs to approve the loan. I have been dealing with Mike Cimino for many years, on many properties both for investment an personal use. Where I think Mike's expert service is different is he personally gets involved with the application process. He personally reviews all mortgage applications before they are sent to underwriting and he stays with it right till the closing.
