Sharif is not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right loan for my situation but also a wonderful human being. He made sure I understood every step of the process, he fought for me, he checked in on me when I had a death in the family to make sure I was okay and he was able to reduce my interest rate right before closing! Mr Lipkin was very assertive and helpful throughout the entire process. Was not sure this loan would have went through without his help. The rate was better then expected and the closing costs were also.

This was my 1st experience in buying my own home at the age of 58 ! Jeff worked with me for almost a year . During a pandemic and world issues especially the housing market . Jeff was also available explaining everything! I’m so impressed with Jeff ! I couldn’t imagine anyone helping me the way Jeff has ! Dana the processor went above and beyond! Impressive isn’t a strong enough word for both of them ! I’ll miss talking to them a few times a day !!
From the first phone call, Jesse made me feel comfortable. No conversation about the process was intimidating, I never felt as though any of my questions were not going to be answered and followed up with.
