Abraham came highly recommended to me and he far exceeded my expectations. I ran into some unique challenges, like securing insurance on a 125 year-old home on a canal in a flood zone, he solved every issue quickly and confidently and made the process very simple for me. Truly felt like he was personally invested in this as if it was his own home. Great guy, easy to talk to, patient, accommodating, professional, honest, and he just “gets it”. The lender was courteous and explained the process in detailed. He answered all my questions in a timely manner no matter how simple or weird the question was. He walked me through the process meticulosly. I will work with him again. His team at Concord work with us and we were able to close within 30 days.

He also sat on the phone with me to provide me with detailed explanations about the entire process the same night. Any time I contacted Abe he had a response in a snap. I couldn't ask for anything more. If you are looking for someone knowledgable in the industry who will provide fast service and be willing to put in the time, Abe is the way to go.
