Kathy was really great in walking us through the home buying process as a first time home buyer. She really knows her stuff especially in this climate of constantly moving real estate market. She gave us every possible option with details making the choice for us easy. I would definitely recommend her services.
Fast corteous abd professinal. Was able to close in approximately 2 months. Bank requirements on the other hand are rediculous and if you deposit more than 6k at a time into your checking account be prepaired to explain where you get such a huge amount of money.
