I was referred to Dave by a realtor I met at an open house. His responsiveness and attention to details were impeccable. I had originally reached out to another lender two weeks prior to the open house, submitted all my information and never heard back from them. At the open house, I was asked for my pre-approval letter. Since I didn't have one, the realtor called Dave, we spoke and within 10-15 minutes, I was able to find out how much buying power I had and how much the monthly payments would be. From the very start Dave was very helpful & informative. I would text or email him and he'd always got right back to me. When I was unsure of something he made sure I understood before going forward. During the process if he didn't here form me he'd call to be sure everything was going well. He said he could help us get a home & he did just that, with in 2 months we were purchasing our new home. I'd recommend Dave Trabosh & Contour Mortgage Bank 100 percent.

As a first time home buyer, embarking on the task of finding a house to call my own was very overwhelming. It was all new territory for me and the fears of the unknown where intimidating. I recently bought a house and Sal Zangari from Contour Mortgage was our mortgage specialist. The entire process was simple thanks to Sal. He gave us a pre-approval instantly so we knew which houses were in and out of our price range. He worked closely with our realtor to move the closing process along. It took us only 3 weeks from the time our bid was accepted to the closing, and I credit Sal's efficiency with the fast closing. I would absolutely recommend Sal and Contour Mortgage to all my friends and family!

Bobby's excellent customer service was obvious from the first time we made contact, and we weren't even his clients yet. He is extremely knowledgeable and will be patient with you when answering your questions and even give you answers you didn't know you needed. I worked in a real estate office almost 10 years ago and Dave was one of our in-house mortgage reps. In July 2015, I went back to my ex manager to inquire about a mortgage broker and she recommended Dave.
