I am studying for my electricians license, and purchased my tabbed books plus the online course to help me prepare. I was skeptical when my books arrived as the previous editions. I reached out and was assured that the exam is still testing on the 2017 editions. I later had an issue with listening to some of the modules. Customer service was quick to respond to my email and made accommodations so that I can proceed with confidence.
The 55 question practice exam offered with the course work generates multiple repeat questions in one sitting of the practice exam. Disappointing that for the price paid for the course there isn't more material cycled in the "random" question practice exam. The course is highly over priced for what you actually receive. If you bought the highlighted and tabbed exam book you don't need to purchase the course to. The course work just covers what's already been highlighted. Pretty redundant.
I purchased the contractor training coarse as well as the tabbed guide. When I go to log in and can not log in. When you call in there are two options 1)New student looking to buy a product you get connected immediately! 2) Existing customer then you are prompted to leave a "detailed" message. I am told that I could expect a call today tomorrow who knows. I cant stand not being able to call a company and speak to a person. All they did is sell me the books for commercial and residential and all the help they said they were going to help me with are all lies. The first 3 test I took they told me to bring these 2 books and neither book had any information on the test I took. I called my representative and she was terrible, very rude and nasty and ignored my emails and calls. Her name is Jordan Cabell.
I'm so glad I found this group. I had used a competitor that "guaranteed pass or no pay" for their NASCLA training. I took the exam twice and failed both times by 4 and 6 questions per exam. I was contemplating quitting before I found these guys and decided to give it 1 last time. Their training is different!
