Excellent experience thus far. These girls kill it!! they worked hard to get me a decent rate and are very responsive to questions I periodically have about the policy. Marianna & Charita are the only ones I would trust to administer our general contractors policy.

I have been working with Marianna & Charita for almost a year now and have had a great experience thus far. I was a little worried about not being able to make changes to COL online myself, but everytime I need one, they respond within minutes and its personal and to the point. Even texting/emailing from my phone at a clients, they are there for me. Its like having a personal insurnace assistant on staff. Greatly appreciated and I will be renewing my policy.
I have been working with Mary Grace for a couple of years now, and she has been incredible! Anytime I need an updated COI, she sends it over it under 10 minutes. She is very easy to communicate with, polite and professional. Farmer Brown as a whole has been great to work with! We shop GL insurance rates with Farmer Brown every year and will continue to do so. They make it easy and convenient.
