"Car Purchase" My experience would have received 5 stars, unfortunately my Internet Sales Associate was the reason it only received 4 stars. I travelled almost 2 hrs to see, test drive and ask questions about the Nissan Altima I purchased. Upon arrival the sales associate was friendly, firm handshake and all. After speaking with the Financial Manager and discussing my plans of making a cash payment but needed to take a few days to think about the purchase, the sales associate's entire demeanor changed. "Collateral Substitution " Thanks to the team at Conyers Nissan, and my savior Carl Whipple, I was able to get a substitute car for my total loss. This man worked 150% to help me get back on the road.
