"Customer Service" I think that the Saleperson Mr. Mark Roach is great and did Excellent job on our purchase, however since we are a repeat customer within 24 months I feel like the General Manage should have came in and thanked us for our repeat service.
"Great experience " I won't lie I was expecting this experience to be like others I had had at other dealerships in the past which was awful, but I was happily surprised. Everything went very smoothly no pressure no stress. Angelo Moe was awesome will be back in future to make another car purchase.
"No pressured experience!" I generally hate the new car buying experience. This was easy, no pressure at all. I traded in a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL and got exactly what Kelly Blue value said I should get for it. With the year end dealer incentives my walk out price was where I felt it should of been prior to walking into the dealership. I left completely satisfied! Jalen was super easy to work with.
"Satisfied customer " I got the car I wanted.. Bj Walls was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed me how the new features on the car works. This is second car Bj Walls has sold to me . Overall its was a good experience.
