I have bought at least nine cars from this dealership, I have always mainly delt with Carl, he is always been professional. I have bought cars here since they were Bill Newton Nissan, Carl has always been able to work with whatever challenges to go above and beyond helping my family get into good running cars during the good times as well as the bad. The associates that assist me in the purchasing of my truck werevery dedicated appear to have excellent work-ethics. The staff greeting me when pulling into the parking lot and immediately sent Glenn down to assist me although they were having their daily meeting, this did not stop the urgency to assist me.
My wife and I both drive Nissans and bring them here for service and repairs. The entire staff is very courteous and professional. I never feel like we are being taken advantage of when we leave our cars here.
Went to this dealership on 05/16/11 after emailing about a specific used 2010 Titan truck listed on their website for over a week. We even indicated that we would be coming on 05/16/11 specifically to look at the truck. I recently went online looking for a new vehicle. I stumbled upon Conyers Nissan while looking for a Murano. They had mulitple listings that appeared to be what I was looking for so I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman. Probably the best car buying experience that I've ever had and I'm 68 years old. Chuck worked very hard to find me the vehicle that I wanted and I never once felt pressured. My wife accompanied me to pick up my Frontier and she mentioned to me later how nice Chuck was. Susan was equally as nice, accomodating and pressure free. I would definitely consider Chuck and Conyers Nissan for future purchases - if there are any - and will recommend Chuck to my friends.
Great buying experience. Fast, friendly, upfront, and a quality product. Very personal feel to the dealership. Several of the other sales personnel came and struck up conservation. I had several questions about the condition of SUV before I drove over 50 miles and everything was just as Jake said it would be when I arrived. I would use them again.
I contacted Jerry Pike at Conyers Nissan, discussed him what types of vehicles I was looking for and my price range. He was able to locate multiple vehicles in the condition/year/model/price range I was looking for. The car I ulitmately purchased is very clean, in great shape, etc. and I got a great deal on the vehicle. The service that I recieved from Jerry was very friendly, courteous and professional. I am a young woman and this was my first car buying experience, needless to say I was very nervous and intimidated! After the initial meet and greet with my salesman I was completely comfortable.
