The customer service at Conyers Nissan was above and beyond my expectations. I was anticipating on waiting for hours, to get approved however the guys at Conyers Nissan proved me wrong. I was in & out, nor was I pre-approved prior to arriving. I’m forever thankful for the staff at Conyers Nissan for not making car shopping so dreadful. I chose Conyers Nissan because I was lead to believe that I “pre-approved” for a vehicle. Don’t fall for the “pre-approval”. Apparently, almost everyone is “pre-approved”. Nonetheless, we were able to work a deal, with decent terms. Everyone was pretty straightforward and answered the many questions that were presented. But the pre-approval process almost lead me to walk out.
