Car had no floor mats, only one key fob and has a fault with the start stop system. All things that should have been divulged before I paid for the car.

I bought. Used 2020 Murano and I was promised a owners manual. I still don’t have one nor has anyone contacted me about one. Is there a way I can order one ? I just need something to tell me about what all the symbols mean. Other than that everything was great.

Purchase was quick and easy. Associates were friendly. My issue is that after purchase, I was only given one fob. I didn’t ask before hand and assumed a 2020 would come with two. Majorly disappointed that this was withheld. Second, I was given the car with 1/8 tank of gas. I asked the person who referred me if this was standard and was told it wasn’t. Third, all original owner settings are still in place and I’m having to deal with Hyundai to get bluelink worked out as the car is still listed to original owner and I can’t ch... read more
